Unsere je nach Anwendung und Anforderungen teils auch sehr komplexen Stahlbausysteme kommen für verschiedenste industrielle Anwendungen wie z.B. in Automobil-, Flugzeugbauindustrie zum Einsatz. Mittels unseren Framing-Systemen werden Arbeitsschritte des Fügens und Schweißens von Dach und Seitenwänden an den Unterboden unterstützt.

Our steel construction systems, which can be very complex depending on the application and requirements, are used for a wide range of industrial applications, such as in the automotive and aircraft construction industries. The steel construction systems are designed specifically for our customers so that entire automated manufacturing, assembly and processing processes can be implemented. Our framing system supports manufacturing process for joining and welding the roof and side walls to the underbody.

Weiterführen von Großbauteilen oder komplexen teilmontierten Systemen in nachfolgende Abschnitte der Produktions- oder Fertigungslinien kommen diese automatisierten Anlagen zum Einsatz. Die Bauteile oder Systeme werden mittels spezifischer Trägerelemente dem nächsten Produktionslinienabschnitt übergeben.

Wir fertigen für Maschinen und Sondermaschinen auch Teile und Komponenten nach den fertigen Entwürfen unserer Kunden an. Unser erfahrenes Team verarbeitet sämtliche Materialien von Stahl, Aluminium und Edelstahl.
Werkstücke mit einen maximalen Durchmesser von 1000 Millimetern und einer maximalen Spitzenweite von 6.700 Millimetern.
Fräs- und Bohrbearbeitung:
maximal 10.000 x 4.500 x 2.400 mm
Maximales Fertigungsgewicht beträgt 20 Tonnen pro Stück.

VIBRATIONS ENTSPANNUNG
VIBRATORY DE-TENSION
Anstelle des Spannungsfreiglühens, welches extra dafür geeignete Anlagen - speziell auch in der Größe - und Transporte dorthin benötigt, entspannen wir unsere Teile (Stahl, Guss, Edelstahl usw.) seit geraumer Zeit mit der Vibrationstechnik direkt am Fertigungsort.
Durch unsere mobile Vibrationsanlage sind wir in der Lage, auch ihnen dieses Service für Werkstücke bis derzeit etwa 30 Tonnen vor Ort an Ihrer Produktionsstätte anzubieten.
Instead of de-stressing via heat treatment which requires specially suitable systems - especially in terms of size - and transport there, we have been de-stressing our parts (steel, cast iron, stainless steel, etc.) for some time now using vibration technology directly at the production site. Thanks to our mobile vibration system, we are able to offer you this service for workpieces currently weighing up to around 30 tons on site at your production site.
